Terms of Service
Last updated 22 July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using DVABoiz.
1. Who we are
DVABoiz ("we", "us") is an independent, veteran-owned service that helps veterans understand and act on their DVA Household Services entitlement — including guidance through the claim form and booking of approved services such as cleaning, lawn mowing and window cleaning. We are not the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) and are not government-affiliated.
2. What we do
Where you have not yet been approved, we help you complete the Household Services claim form and forward it to DVA and/or your treating doctor as required. Where you have already been approved, we verify your supporting document and help you book a service time with a provider. We do not make DVA's eligibility or compensation decisions — those decisions are made solely by DVA.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and, in turn, to DVA. Providing false or misleading information on a DVA claim can result in recovery of payments and other penalties under law.
4. No cost to eligible veterans
DVABoiz does not charge eligible veterans for help with claims or bookings covered by an approved DVA entitlement. Where a service falls outside your entitlement or approved limit, we will tell you before any cost applies.
5. Service providers
Cleaning, lawn mowing and window cleaning services are delivered by independent, insured local providers. While we take care in selecting providers, DVABoiz is not liable for the acts or omissions of third party providers beyond what is required by law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
